StockMamba Content Licenses

This is a license agreement between you and StockMamba, explaining our terms of use. By downloading files from StockMamba.com, you agree to accept the terms of this agreement.

STANDARD LICENSE

All StockMamba content comes with a Standard License. Below is a list explaining the rights granted to you by StockMamba for a standard license:

  • Royalty Free - Allows you to modify, edit, display, broadcast and publish the content
  • No Expiry Date - Use it as long as you want at no extra cost
  • Unlimited Digital Reproductions - Websites, blog posts, social media, web ads, broadcast, ebooks, apps, etc.
  • Physical Reproductions - Print up to 500K copies
  • Unlimited - Use the content in an unlimited amount of projects

EXTENDED LICENSE

Below is a list explaining the rights granted to you by StockMamba for an extended license:

  • Royalty Free - Allows you to modify, edit, display, broadcast and publish the content
  • No Expiry Date - Use it as long as you want at no extra cost
  • Unlimited Digital Reproductions - Websites, blog posts, social media, web ads, broadcast, ebooks, apps, etc.
  • Unlimited Physical Reproductions - Print as many copies as you like
  • Unlimited - Use the content in an unlimited amount of projects
  • Items for Resale - Allows for content purchased to be used on physical resale items such as tshirts, mugs, posters, hats, postcards, etc., as well as print on demand products.
  • Multi-Seat - Allows for up to 5 users to use the content
  • Digital Templates for Resale - Allows for electronic templates for resale such as web templates, mockup templates, brochure templates, e-cards, etc.

License Restrictions for all License Types:

  • No Redistribution - You may not redistribute, share, sell, provide access to or transfer StockMamba content.
  • No Unlawful Use - You may not use StockMamba content in a pornographic, defamatory, obscene, or illegal manner.
  • Not for Use in Logos or Trademarks - You may not use any StockMamba content (in whole or in part) in a logo, trademark or service mark. You also can not use StockMamba content in a manner that infringes upon any third party's logo or trademark.
  • No Misrepresentation - You may not falsely state or imply in any way that any StockMamba visual content was created by you or any person other than Brian Smith, owner and founder of StockMamba.com.
